Ingredients

    1 large yellow onion, 2 small garlic cloves, 4 tbsp Earth Balance Buttery Spread, 1 Whole Grain pizza crust, shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions

slice up large onion and add 2 tbsp butter, saute in pan over high heat until brown (caramelized). Stir OFTEN. Then mix the other 2 tbsp of butter together with the minced up garlic cloves and spread the mixture over the pizza crust evenly. (try not to get too close to the edges) Once the onions are done spread them on top of the pizza and top with 5oz of shredded mozzarella cheese. Preheat over to 425 and cook for 12 minutes until the cheese is starting to brown at the edges. Serve hot! (cut into 8 even slices)
