Introduction
This special treat is made with imitation crab or lobster meat . The fish used is pollack, but is made to resemble and taste like either the crab or lobster. Ingredients

Louis Kemp, Crab Delights-imitation crab, 1 cup
Edamame, Shelled, Frozen, 0.5 cup
Scallions, raw, .5 cup, chopped
Garlic powder, 1 tbsp
Cider Vinegar, 2 tbsp
Kraft Light Mayonnaise, 3 tbsp
Directions
*take frozen edamames out of freezer, and place pkg in
warm water to help defrost faster
* cut onion into small pieces - place in mixing bowl
* cut Crab or Lobster meat into smaller bite size pieces
and add to mixing bowl
* add defrosted edamames (.5 cup )
* add mayo, garlic powder, cider vinegar and mix all
together
Suggestion:
Can be served in a dessert cup with a toasted pita, or low calorie cracker (check serving size! ) or place on a bed of lettuce with a tomato wedge to add a bit of color. Calories for added items NOT INCLUDED in this recipe!
