Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    Sliced Onions(how ever many you like)
    Fish(any white fish like Talapia, Bass, Crapie...)
    Alfredo Sauce(at least 1 jar, enough to cover all the fish)
    Creo Seasoning or Chili Powder(or seasoning to your taste)

Directions

Spray a 9X13" dish with cooking spray... layer onions in the bottom of dish... layer fish on top of the onions... Sprinkle with seasoning... pour alfredo sauce over fish... cover with foil and bake @ 350* for 1 hour.... Can be served on a bead of brown rice... Broccoli goes well with this dish as well... YUM!
