    Roasted Daliya (Wheat porridge) - 200 gms
    Garlic - 1 tsp finely chopped
    Onion - 1 large finely chopped
    Tomatoes - 1.5 medium tomatoes finely chopped
    frozen vegetables ( peas, bean, corn) - 100 gms
    Coriander seed, 1 tbsp ground to powder
    *Peanuts, oil-roasted (with salt), 20 peanut or 15 gms
    Chili powder, 1 tsp
    *Ghee, 4 tbsp
    Parsley - 1 tbsp finely chopped
    Salt to taste
    Water - 3 cups


Heat 1 tbsp Ghee in a kadhai (wok) and roast the porridge till light brown...remove from fire.
Oil roast the 15 gms peanut in 1/2 tsp ghee and keep aside
heat 2 tbsp ghee in the wok and add 1 tsp garlic..fry for 30 sec and add chopped onions. Fry onions till brown and the oil begins to separate. Add salt, chilli powder and 1 tbsp coriander powder and mix for 30 secs.
Add tomatoes and fry for 2 minutes and add the frozen vegetables and fry till soft (about 4 - 5 minutes)
Add the roasted dalia and mix well and add water. Bring to boil and cover and cook on medium low heat till it is reduced to a thick consistency and cooked.

Remove to a bowl and garnish with the peanuts and chopped coriander / parsley leaves and serve hot.

Serving Size: 250 gms or 1 bowl per serving
