Ingredients

1 cup light mayo
1 cup light sour cream
1 tbsp curry powder
1 Tbsp garlic powder
2 Tbsp brown sugar
6 cups romaine lettuce
1 cup bell peppers(yellow, orange or red) chopped
1 cup celery chopped
1 cup broccoli chopped
2 Tbsp parmesan cheese (or cheddar)
2 Tbsp bacon crumbled or bacon bits
3 large eggs hard boiled
Directions
mix first five ingredients together for dressing. In a tall bowl layer lettuce, peppers, celery, broccoli and chopped egg. Add another layer of lettuce, then dressing, parm cheese and bacon bits.
