Ingredients

Nature's Own 100% Whole Wheat Bread, 2 slices
    2 oz. 90/10 ground beef
Kraft 2% American Cheese Singles, 2 slices
    1 1/2 cups Shredded Lettace
2 tbsp low cal thousand island dressing
    4 slices of hamburger pickles
    1/8 cup diced onions
    1 Small sweet potato
    2 tbsp olive oil
    1/2 tsp sea salt

Directions

Pre heat oven to 350. Slice sweet potato like french fries. Add olive oil and sea salt to the sweet potatoes and spead in a thin layer on a backing sheet. Cook for 15 mins then flip to cook evenly.
While your "fries" are baking, split 2 oz of ground beef in half. Make into a hamber as flat as you can. (using plastic to do this keeps your hands off the meat and easier to move the burger.) It will shrink during cooking. You can do this on the grill for added benefit and less fat but becareful when flipping.
Assemble: 1 slice of bread, 1 burger, 1 slice of chesse, half of diced onions, 2 pickle chips, shredded lettace, 1 tbsp of dressing. Repeat steps for second burger and top with 2nd piece of bread. By now, you "fries" should be done.
Plate and enjoy your homemade value meal!!

Serving Size: This will make 1 Burger and fries. Add a diet coke and You have a value meal!
