Ingredients

    1 lb ground beef
    2 medium onions
    5 small potatoes
    1 package of frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
    1/2 cup of Bisquick
    2 Eggs (1/2 cup egg beaters)
    1 cup of milk

Directions

1. Brown the beef and the onions.
2. Boil the potatoes.
3. In a 9x9 inch cooking pan, spray with cooking spray and add the beef, onions, potatoes and mixed vegetables.
4. Mix together the bisquick, eggs and milk.
5. Pour bisquick mixture over the beef, onion, potato and veggie mixture.
6. Bake at 400 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
