Ingredients

    1/4 tsp chili pepper flakes
    1 tsp ginger, grated
    1 large garlic cloved, grated or minced
    1 and a 1/2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
    1 and a 1/2 tbsp namu shoya or low sodium soy sauce
    3 tbsp scallions, chopped
    1/4 cup fresh lemon juice

Directions

Blend all ingredients. Voila!
