Ingredients

    1 lb lean ground turkey
    2 chopped onions
    3 mined garlic cloves
    1 can diced tomatoes, undrained
    2 can kidney beans
    1 can tomato sauce
    1/4 cup water
    seasons to taste
    corn and green peppers also optional

Directions

Combine all ingredients in crock pot set to low. Cook for 7-8 hours or until done. Can also cook on high for 4 hours.

Serving Size: Makes about 7 bowls
