Ingredients

    1 cup smashed banana
    1 cup reduced fat sour cream
    1/4 cup Butter
    1 cup brown sugar
    1/4 cup splenda blend sugar
    2 eggs
    2 cups whole wheat & All purpose flour Blend
    1 tsp Baking Soda
    1 tsp Baking Powder
    1/4 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp all spice
    1/2 tsp cinnamon
    1 tsp Vanilla

Directions

pre-heat oven to 400 degrees
bake at 400 degrees for 7min. then turn oven down to 350
and bake for 60 more min.
sift all dry ingredients in a separate bowl,
cream sugars, 2 eggs, butter
blend bananas and sour cream in a separate bowl
add the bananas and sour cream to the sugar, butter and eggs,
then add dry.
