Directions
Apple Cake
1 1/4 cup oil
2 cups sugar
2 eggs
Mixed
3 cups flour
Tsp salt
1.5 tsp baking soda
3 tsp vanilla extract
3 cups chopped apples
1 cup chopped walnuts
1 cup shredded coconut
Frosting
.25 cup butter
.5 tsp salt
2 tbsp milk
1 cup brown sugar
Confectioners sugar as needed ~1 cup
.25 cup chopped walnuts
Direction
1. Beat together oil sugar eggs
2. Add dry ingredients
3. Stir in vanilla
4. Stir in apple nuts coconut
Bundt or angel food pan
Grease
Bake @ 325 for 75 min
Frosting
1. Melt butter on low heat
2. Add salt milk brown sugar
3. Cook until sugar dissolves
4.remove from heat and add confectioner sugar until a "pouring consistency"
5. Pour on cool cake
6. Pour chopped walnuts
