Ingredients

3 tbl sp Enova Oil for cooking
1 lb of diced or thinly sliced chicken breast
1 finely chopped medium onion
1 chopped green pepper
2 finely chopped jalapeno peppers
2.5 cups of cooked brown rice (best if it is at least a day old)
1-16 oz jar of Pace Picante Medium
1-10.75 oz can Campbell's Condensed Soup Creamy Chicken Verde
Directions
Cut up all ingredients and set to the side.
Heat oil in pan. Add meat and cook till no longer pink, and starting to brown. Add onions, green pepper and jalapeno peppers. Stir fry until peppers are tender and onions are just translucent. Add brown rice and continue to stir fry until everything is combined and warmed completely. Reduce heat to low/meduim. Add salsa and heat throughly. Heat Campbell's Condensed Soup Creamy Chicken Verde in a seperate container. Do not add water! Serve rice mixture with soup as sauce/ garnish.
