Ingredients

    20 ounces ground turkey
    15 ounces ricotta cheese
    16 ounce package mozzarella cheese
    1-cup parmesan cheese
    2 eggs
    67 ounce jar Prego sauce
    12-lasagna noodles

Directions

1. Boil water in a large pot, add noodles, cook for 5 minutes. Set aside leaving noodles in water.

2. Mix ricotta cheese and eggs, add 3-cups mozzarella cheese, 3/4-cup parmesan cheese and 1-cup sauce

3. In a large skillet, cook ground turkey until no longer pink. Drain any juice and add remaining sauce. Mix well.

4. In a 9x13 glass baking dish, spread 1 and 1/2 cups of sauce, layer with 3 noodles length wise. Cut 4th noodle and place cross wise. Top with 1 and 1/2 sauce. Spread 1/2 of cheese mixture. Repeat noodles, sauce and cheese mixture. Repeat with last 4 noodles and remaing sauce. Top with reserved cheese.

5. Cover with foil, bake in a preheated oven @ 375 degrees for 1 hour. Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
