Introduction

Ingredients

    3T Olive Oil
    1 Pkg. Pillsbury Classic Pizza Crust
    1C Reduced-fat Ricotta Cheese
    3T Romano cheese
    5oz. Mushrooms, sliced and stems removed
    1/4t fresh sage
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 450F. Oil a 17x11 rimmed baking pan with 1T olive oil.

2. Stretch pizza crust dough onto baking pan, pressing and gently stretching to cover as much of the pan as possible. Brush dough with 1T olive oil.

3. Spread ricotta all over dough. Sprinkle with romano cheese, and pepper to taste.

4. Pour mushroom slices into a bowl. Toss with the remaining tablespoon of olive oil, sage, and salt and pepper to taste. Spread mushrooms onto pizza on top of cheeses.

5. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until crust is golden. Cut and serve immediately.
