Potatoes (2 medium)
Celery ( 2 stalks)
Carrots (2 carrots)
Napa cabbage ( 1/2 head)
Italian Seasoning ( 1.5 teaspoons)
Kidney beans (1 can )
Zucchini ( 2 medium )
Great Northern Beans (1 can )
Parsley ( 2 Tablespoons)
Rosemary (2 sprigs)
Green beans (1 cup)
Diced Italian Tomatoes
Garlic (3 cloves)
Salt
Pepper
Directions
1. Saute the onion and garlic in the olive oil.
2. Add the celery and carrots. Cook on medium heat for 3 minutes.
3. Add Tomatoes diced and stewed, chicken broth, potatoes, cabbage, salt, pepper, and intalian seasoning.
4. Rinse the beans and puree half of them. Add pureed beans to the soup. Add the rosemary sprig.
5. Simmer until the potatoes are soft about 30 minutes.
6. Add the green beans, zucchini, parsley, orzo, and the rest of the beans.
7. Simmer about 20 minutes until the orzo is cooked.
