    6 slices rice bread in 1/2-inch cubes
    2 cups of 2% milk
    2 eggs
    1/2 cup cooked winter squash, mashed or pureed
    Splenda to taste
    cinnamon
    vanilla

Directions

Combine all ingredients and bake for 30 minutes at 350 degree oven
