2+ C boiling water / 2 C All Bran Cereal
1 & 1/2 C shorting / 2 & 1/2 C sugar
4 eggs / 1 gt buttermilk
4 C Oat Bran (hot cereal) / 6 C flour
5 tsp soda / 2 & 1/2 tsp salt
Directions
Pour water over the Bran in large bowl & let stand
Cream the rest together, then add the Bran and mix well
Bake at 400 degrees in muffin cups for 15-20 minutes
keeps in the frig for 3 to 4 weeks
Serving Size: makes approx 60 cup cake muffins
