Introduction

A spin off of Olive garden's soup. A spin off of Olive garden's soup.
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    4 cups homemade chicken stock
    12 oz can of Carnation evaperated fat free milk
    3 finely chopped Turkey sausages
    2 TBL chopped onions
    1 TBL chopped bell pepper
    1 TBL Chopped Celery
    1 -5in Sweet potatoe, pealed and sliced thin
    1 teaspoon of sea salt or to taste
    1/4 teaspoon of black pepper and red pepper flakes
    1 cup chopped kale


Directions

Combine all ingrediants together except Kale. Simmer till potatoes are soft, then add kale and cook for 5-7 minutes more.

Serving Size: makes 6 1-cup servings
