Introduction

I love this stuff in yogurt, or just for a snack. I love this stuff in yogurt, or just for a snack.

Ingredients

    4 C.Quick Cooking Oats
    1 C. Toasted Almonds (Chopped)
    1/4 C. Flax Seed (Ground)
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. Cinnamon
    1/3 C. Canola Oil
    2/3 C Honey
    1 1/2 C Dried Mix Fruit (I use Cranberry's, Cherry's and Blueberry's)

Directions

Mix all ingrediants in a large bowl, then spread evenly on to a large cooike sheet lined with parchment paper or sprayed with Pam. Press into pan and bake for 20 minutes at 325 degrees. Remove from oven let cool completley then breakup in to pieces and store in an air tight container.
