Ingredients

ROLLS
1 T dry baker's yeast
1 cup warm non-milk
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup unsalted butter
1 tsp salt
2 eggs. lightly beaten
3 cups bread flour (King Arthur's)
1 cup white whole wheat flout (King Arthur's)
FILLING
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1 1/4 Tbs cinnamon
1 T butter , softened
ICING
4 Tbs butter
3/4 cups powdered sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla
non-fat milk to desired consistency
Directions
1 Add roll ingredients to bread maker and set for dough.For the rolls, dissolve the yeast in the warm milk in a large bowl.
2 Preheat oven to 400 degrees
3 To make filling, combine the brown sugar and cinnamon in a bowl.
4 Roll the dought out on a lightly floured surface, until it is approx 1/4-1/2" thick, depending on how much filling you want to use. (This recipie is calculated for 1/2" thick. Double filling if rolling out to 1/4" thick)
5 Spread the softened butter over the surface of the dough, then sprinkle the brown sugar and cinnamon evenly over the surface.
6 Working carefully, from the long edge, roll the dough down to the bottom edge.
7 Cut the dough into 1 3/4 inch slices, and place in a lightly greased baking pan.
8 Bake for 10 minutes or until light golden brown.
9 While the rolls are baking combine the icing ingredients. Beat well with an electric mixer until fluffy, adding milk to desired consistency (none for thicker frosting, little for thinner icing)
15 When the rolls are done, spread with icing.
