    6 oz 2% Greek Yogurt
    1 cup frozen papaya cubes
    1/2 cup frozen organic wild blueberries
    1/2 tb raw local honey
    1 tb flax seeds
    2 dates, organic, pitted and dried
    1 cup vanilla rice milk

Directions

place all ingredients in VitaMix and blend until smooth

Serving Size: makes 1 large (18 oz) smoothie
