Ingredients

    1/2 cup of raw oats
    1 tbs pumpkin puree
    1/2 cup of vanilla almond milk
    1/4 cup of original soy milk
    2 dates sliced
    2 tbs raw unsweetened coconut
    1 tbs pumpkin seeds
    1 tbs walnuts, chopped
    1 tsp cinnamon

Directions

Mix all ingredients into a microwave safe bowl. Microwave on high for 2 minutes. Take out and stir then microwave on high for 1 additional minute. Let set 2 minutes and serve.
