Ingredients

1 box silken, extra firm tofu
1 box frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
1/4 c nutritional yeast
1/4 c salsa or picante sauce
2 tsp granulated garlic
1 tsp onion powder
salt and papper to taste
Directions
Preheat over 350F
Add ingredients except spinach to food processor. Blend until combined. Fold in spinach.
Add to greased baking dish. Bake 30 minutes or until hot.
Serve immediately.
