Number of Servings: 24

Ingredients

    1/2 cup canola oil
    1/2 cup apple juice
    1 1/2 c sugar
    1/2 c egg beaters
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    2 c white flour
    1 c Old fashioned 7 grain cereal (or Oats), ground in food processor
    3/4 tsp nutmeg
    1 1/2 tsp baking soda
    3 c apples chopped and peeled

Directions

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Mix wet ingredients with mixer. Mix dry ingredients in separate bowl then add to wet ingredients in 2 batches mixing after each. Fold in apples. Spray bundt or tube pan and pour batter in. Bake one hour. Let cool before removing from pan.
