Ingredients

    Rice Noodles, .5 cup
    Onions, raw, .25 cup, chopped
    Celery, raw, .25 cup, diced
    Carrots, raw, .25 cup, chopped
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), .25 cup, strips
    *Bean sprouts, 0.25 cup
    Zucchini, .25 cup, sliced
    Cabbage, fresh, .25 cup, chopped
    Scallions, raw, 2 tbsp chopped
    Sesame Oil, .5 tbsp
    Soy sauce (tamari), .5 tbsp


Directions

Prepare all veggies. Heat oil in wok. Add all ingredients and stir fry until veggies are crisp-tender. Transfer to plate and enjoy.
