Introduction
Mama's BEST tuna noodle casserole! Mama's BEST tuna noodle casserole!Number of Servings: 8
Ingredients

3 cups uncooked seashell pasta
4 cans of Tuna
1 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 tbsp butter
1/4 cup flour
2 cups milk
1 cup cubed cheddar cheese
1 package crushed saltines
Directions
1. Cook pasta as indicated on package instructions and set aside.
2. Cook celery & onion in butter over medium high heat until still crispy but not squishy. Add generous amounts of salt & pepper. When done, add flour & stir in. Pour milk in all at once. Continue cooking until thick & bubbly. Pour entire mixture over cooked noodles, cheese & tuna. Mix well.
3. Pour mixture into a glass 9x13 baking dish. Sprinkle crackers over the top. Cook @ 350 for 25-30 minutes.
