Introduction

A super quick, healthy and unbelievably tasty main dish! If your basa fillets are frozen immerse them in cold water or run them under cold water until partially thawed and then cook them as directed below - they may just need a bit longer to cook. Ingredients

    2 basa fillets - Recipe calculations based on 2 Aqua Star 125g fillets
    1T olive oil
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp chili powder
    Lime juice from 2 limes

Directions

Whisk lime juice, olive oil, salt and chili powder together. Place basa fillets into a nonstick pan. Pour the chili-lime sauce over the fillets then turn the fillets to coat. Cook fillets for approximately 5 minutes on each side or until they are cooked through (fish will be white all the way through when cooked).

Serving Size: Makes two servings (1 fillet per serving)
