Ingredients

    *Potato, peeled & boiled, 8 oz (remove)
    *Boiled Cabbage, 1 head, 0.5 serving (remove)
    Corned beef, brisket, 4 oz (remove)
    Carrots, cooked, 0.66 cup slices (remove

Directions

Chopped, mash and/or dice all the veggies and the brisket to desired size/texture. Heat a fry pan, spray w/butter pam, add veggies/brisket - cook til browning starts to show.
Fry two eggs individually
Toast two slices of bread/butter lightly
Plate hash, add 1 egg on each with toast on the side - serve hot! :)
