Introduction

A basic soup with high protein and low fat! I made this soup without garlic or onion due to diet restrictions but add in your favorite vegetables or spices. Ingredients

    1 lb ground turkey
    2 quarts chicken broth
    2 cups uncooked brown rice
    1 can Campbell' Golen Mushroom Condensed Soup
    1 can diced tomatoes
    1 bag frozen vegetables (corn, peas, carrots)
    2 bay leaves
    1 can white beans
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Cook ground turkey.
In a seperate pot combine all ingredients in the order they are listed. Bring to boil and simmer for 1 hour.
