Ingredients

    1/2 c whipped topping
    1/2 c whipped cream cheese, softened
    1/2 c espresso
    1/2 coffee liqueur (Kahlua)
    1/2 pkg (7 oz) ladyfingers or 4 c cubed angel food cake
    1 oz dark chocolate, finely shaved
    Espresso grounds or cocoa powder (optional)

Directions

Mix whipped topping and cream cheese until smooth.

Combine espresso and Kahlua in a small bowl. Place a layer of ladyfingers (or angel food cake) in the bottom of 6 wine glasses. Spoon enough coffee mixture over them to soak the cake. Divide the cream cheese mixture among the glasses, then top each with chocolate shavings. Dust with espresso grounds if you like.
