Ingredients

    3/4 cup butter
    3/4 cup splenda
    1/6 cup splenda brown sugar blend (half of 3/4 cup)
    2 egges
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    1 cup almond flour
    1 tsp baking soda
    1/4 tsp salt
    2 3/4 cup rolled oats (quick or old fashioned)
    1 cup dried cranberries
    1/2 cup white chocolate chips

    Note: This recipe uses regular white chocolate chips, for it to be totally sugar free use sf chips.

Directions

Heat oven to 375.
Combine butter and sugars in bowl; beat on medium speed until well blended and fluffy. Beat in eggs, one at a time; then add vanilla.

In a separate bowl, combine the almond flour, baking soda and salt. Mix until blended. Add this to the creamed mixture in thirds until combined. Fold in cranberries and white chocolate chips.

Line cookie sheet with parchement, drop by teaspoonfuls about 2 inches apart. Bake at 375 for 8 minutes or until firm and light brown. Cool on cookie sheet 4 minutes and then transfer to cooling rack.
