    Williams Chili Seasoning Mix
    1 lb 90% lean Hamburger
    1 lb 93% lean Hamburger
    1 can Rotel w/ chilis
    Half can Petit Diced Tomatoes (HyVee brand)
    2 cans Chili Style Beans (HyVee)
    1 can Light Kidney Beans (HyVee)
    Red Onion (1/3) (More if you like)
    Half jar of Hot & Sweet Peppers (Hyvee)
    2 T Chia Seeds
    Half cup water

Directions

Brown meat & Onions (Drain if needed)
Add Season packet
Add beans & tomatoes
Add chia seeds
Add half cup water
Simmer for a good 30 min.
