Introduction

This recipe is a modified family favorite -- less fat and calories but the same great taste! This recipe is a modified family favorite -- less fat and calories but the same great taste!
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 lb. chicken breast
    1 c. sour cream, reduced fat
    1 can 98% fat free cream of mushroom soup
    1 4 oz can chopped green chili peppers
    1 tsp chili powder
    1 c. 2% milk mexican four cheese blend
    8 soft flour tortillas

Directions

Boil chicken until fully cooked. Cool and shred. Mix together cream of mushroom soup. sour cream, green chilis, chili powder and 1/2 c. cheese. On tortilla, place 2 T. sour cream mixture and 1/2 c. shredded chicken. Roll and place in baking dish. Repeat for a total of 8 tortilla. Spread remaining sour cream mixture over the tortialls (cover tortillas completely) and sprinkle remaining 1/2 c. shredded cheese on top. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Uncover and cook an additional 5 minutes.
