Introduction

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine dry ingredients, except pumpkin pie spice. Combine wet ingredients(sugar, softened butter, and egg first then mix). Add in pumpkin puree and vanilla to wet ingredients then mix. Add in pumpkin pie spice then mix. Combine wet and dry ingredients and mix well. Spoon out onto sprayed cookie sheet.
