    8 Cups Shredded Kale, chopped
    1/2 Cup Quinoa
    1/4 Cup Pumpkin Seeds
    1/4 Cup Dried Cranberries or other berry
    1/4 Cup Parmesean Cheese


Cook Quinoa in large pot, (1.5 cups water, .5 cups Quinoa in covered pot for about 15 minutes- ad salt to water for taste)
Combine Quinoa and Kale
Add Pumpkin Seeds, dried berries and cheese
Mix well- add Salt and Pepper


Serving Size: Makes 4 Generous Servings
