Ingredients

    2 cups Broccoli, chopped
    2 cups Cauliflower, chopped
    1/2 cup green pepper, diced
    1/2 cup red pepper, diced
    1 cup leeks, sliced
    1 cup celery, chopped
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    8 oz.cooked Roast Beef, cut into strips
    1 Tbsp. Mrs. Dash Herb Seasoning

Directions

Heat Olive oil in wok; add broccoli, cauliflower, celery, and peppers and cook until partly cooked, about 10 minutes. Add leeks, roast beef, and seasoning. Finish cooking until vegetables are slightly crisp. Serve alone or with rice.
