Ingredients

Cookies:
2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 stick (1/2 cup) light margarine, softened
1 cup Splenda
1/4 cup Splenda brown sugar blend
1 1/4 cup canned pumpkin
2 egg whites
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Frosting:
8 oz. Fat Free Cream Cheese
1+1/2 cups Splenda
1/4 cup sugar free maple syrup
Directions
Preheat oven to 350
In a large bowl beat together softened margarine 7 sugars. Then beat in pumpkin, egg whites and vanilla.
Add flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt. Mix by hand until mixed well.
Drop rounded spoonfull onto baking sheet.
Bake in preheated oven 12 - 14 minutes. Cool.
Frosting:
Combine softened cream cheese, splenda and syrup and beat until completely mixed.
Frost or drizzle on cooled cookies.
