    *Brown Rice, medium grain, .5 cup
    *Goya Dark Red Kidney Beans, 3.5 cup
    *Classico Fire Roasted Tomato and Garlic pasta sauce, 1 cup
    * Italian Salad dressing, 1 tbsp

Directions

Place all ingredients into a pot and let simmer until all is heated. You can eat this as is, or you can get a flour tortilla and make a been burrito.
