I cleaned out my fridge before shopping and this is what I came up with. I cleaned out my fridge before shopping and this is what I came up with.

Ingredients

    chicken brat
    chicken broth
    pearl barley
    carrots
    celery
    green onion
    red onion
    okra
    zuchini
    tomato
    potato
    sweet potato
    olive oil
    salt
    pepper

Directions

Wash and cut up vegetables, brat, and put in large kettle with 8 cups of water, about 4 tsp. of boullion, and salt/pepper to taste. Cook on low for 1/2 hour.

Serving Size: 1 1/2 cups
