    1 whole skinned raw chicken
    1 16 oz. jar medium or hot salsa

Directions

rinse and pat dry chicken, pull off excess fat
place in crock pot, breast side down, legs up
pour salsa over, cover and put on medium for 4 hours. Bones pull loose, so watch out when serving.
