Introduction

Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    A baked potato(preferably large)
    1/2 cup of Green Bell Peppers (chopped into small pieces)
    1/4 cup of shredded Cheddar Cheese
    20g of Tomato Sauce

Directions

1. Bake the potato.
2. Cut the potato in half and scoop the potato leaving the skin behind (but make sure the skin will not collapse as you will be needing it later, so leave some potato inside the skin to keep it standing)
3. Put the potato you have just scooped out into a bowl and mix it with the chopped bell peppers and the tomato sauce until the mixture looks....well mixed lol
4. Take some of that mixture and put it back into potato skin spreading it evenly at the top. Do the same to the other half of the potato.
5. Get the shredded cheese and sprinkle it on top of the half potato.
6. Now place both halfs of the potato into the microwave for around 20seconds.
7. You now have two potato halfs of bloody intestines, and a yummy cheesy layer on top.
8. If you want, you can place some basil leaves on top of the potato for an 'extra touch'
