    Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain 2 1/4 cup
    Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp
    Honey, .25 cup

    Almonds, .25 cup, whole
    Raisins, .25 cup (not packed)
    *Splenda Brown Sugar Blend, 12 tsp (.25 cup)
    Baking Soda, .5 tsp
    Motts Natural Apple Sauce, 4 oz snack cup, .5 cup
    Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp

Directions

heat oven to 325
mix everything togrether. Press into a sprayed 8 by 8 pan bake 18-20 min cool cut into 9 bars
