Ingredients

    4 chicken breast halves, boiled and cut up or shredded
    1 bunch broccoli, cut into bite size pieces (include stalks if desired)
    1 tsp hot curry powder (mild if you prefer)
    1/2 c mayo
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1.5 tsp fresh squeezed lemon juice
    1/2 c shredded sharp cheddar cheese
    1 piece whole wheat bread made into bread crumbs

Directions

Cook broccoli and drain very well. Place in the bottom of a 1 quart casserole. Place chicken over. Mix soup, mayo, curry, and lemon juice. Pour over chicken. Sprinkle cheese over. Top with bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
