    *Potato, raw, 1 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.)
    Turnips, 1 small

    Celery, raw, 5 stalk, small (5" long)
    Carrots, raw, 0.75 cup, chopped
    *Veg - Zuccini, 100 gram
    *Summer Squash, 1 cup, sliced
