Ingredients

    Apples, fresh, 3 cup, quartered or chopped
    Egg, fresh, 2 jumbo
    Vegetable Oil, .75 cup
    Vanilla Extract, 2 tsp
    Granulated Sugar, 1 cup
    Flour, white, 2 cup
    Baking Soda, 1 tsp
    Salt, pinch

Directions

Peel and chop apples. In one bowl combing eggs, oil, sugar and vanilla until mixed. Sift together flour, baking soda and salt. Combine wet and dry ingredients until mixed. Fold in chocolate chips. Fold in apples.
Grease and flour bundt pan and bake on 350 degrees for 30-40 min.
