Introduction

Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    3-6oz Boneless/Skinless chicken breasts (boiled & chopped) in
    2 cartons Kitchen Basics chicken broth (8 cups)
    1 cup Lundberg Wild rice (cooked according to directions)
    1 med onion chopped
    1 cup Baby carrots ( chopped into little circles)
    Seasalt & Pepper to taste
    1 tsp garlic powder

Directions

Put rice on to cook (requires 55 min). Boil chicken, onion & carrots in chicken broth, remove chicken, let cool a bit, then chop chicken and return to stock. When rice is done, add to stock. Add garlic,salt & pepper to taste. Cover & simmer about 20 min.

Serving Size: Makes 10-2 cup servings
