Ingredients

    3/4 c. Parmesan grated cheese
    8 oz. Light cream cheese
    1/2 c. skim milk
    1/2 c. Smart Balance light margarine
    12 oz. fettucini noodles

Directions

Melt all ingredients together on low heat except noodles. Cook noodles in separate pan according to directions. Drain noodles and add to sauce.
