Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    1 can 98% fat free cream of mushroom soup
    4 TBS light sour cream
    1- 4oz can of chopped green chiles
    2 - 3oz lean pork chops
    1 cup of baby carrots
    2 red potatoes chopped.

Directions

Spray crock pot with pam. Chop potatoes and put in bottom of crock pot, layer carrots on top, place 2 chops on top of that. You can use frozen chops. Pour green chiles over top of chops. Mix soup with sour cream and pour over top of everything. Cook on high for 3 -4 hours or low for 4-6 hours until chops are done. Very quick and easy recipe.
