Ingredients

    2.5 lbs hamburger
    1 lg onion chopped
    2 15.5 oz cans white hominy
    1 15.25 oz can corn
    1 19.75 oz can black beans
    1 16 oz can chili beans
    3 10 oz cans diced tomatoes with green chilies
    1 4 oz can chopped green chilies
    2 packages dry ranch dressing seasoning
    2 packages taco seasoning

Directions

Brown hamburger and onion. Drain grease. Put in soup kettle or slow cooker with rest of ingredients (undrained). Cook until hot. Then let simmer. The longer you simmer, the more flavor the soup has.

Serve with shredded cheese, fritos, tortilla chips, or sour cream.
