Ingredients

    1 cup flour
    1 cup yellow corn meal
    1 egg
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 cup sugar
    1 cup milk
    3 tablespoons oil
    mix all together and put in cast iron skillet that has been oiled and heated on top of your stove.
    Cook until golden brown

Directions

cook at 350 degrees for about 30 min
